While process safety training is valuable, it is often limited to a short-term gain which might not be sustained in the longer term. Coaching and mentorship are ideal supplements to training, particularly for leaders or key individuals, where support can be highly focussed on a specific issue, in a one-to-one setting and where our consultants can be used as a sounding board to allow for optioneering and problem solving.
